Super Robot Wars Y is getting more epic as new DLC units and series are coming to the game very soon. Recently, Bandai Namco revealed the official release date of the 1st DLC set of the game including what other inclusions and new system updates it will have.
DLC1 is titled Contract from the Darkness. In this new DLC, there will new mission story that elevates SRW Y into a whole new dimension. 3 new and returning series will be added including new units, and new assists that will challenge the mind of players of the SRW series. The series are the following:
- Galaxy Cyclone Braiger
- Unit: Braiger (Kid, Isaac, Bowie, and Omachi)
- The Big O
- Unit: Big O (Roger Smith)
- Assist: Dorothy
- Fuuto PI: The Portrait of Kamen Rider Skull
- Units: Kamen Rider Double, Kamen Rider Skull, and Kamen Rider Accel
- Assist: Tokime
Super Robot Wars Y is out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Early Access to the 1st DLC set of SRW Y will be available on November 19, 2025 for those purchased the season pass set. Those who purchased the 1st DLC without the season pass will be able to acess it on November 21, 2025.
