How to get Home Run Trophy in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

In Marvel’s Spider-Man games, earning trophies tied to specific locations isn’t a new concept. Back in the day, you get a trophy for just getting on top of Avenger’s Tower or perching at the very top of the building. The tradition somewhat continues when obtaining the “Home Run!” bronze trophy in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, but only for a less commonly known landmark. At least to comic book fans.

You play as Peter or Miles and eventually have to explore the Big Apple Ballers Stadium and round the bases. In this guide, I’ll tell you what you need to do to get the Home Run! Bronze trophy. Specifically, where to go and what actions you need to perform to unlock it. I’ll even tell you from which point you can start going for the trophy.

Where to find the Big Apple Ballers Stadium

Big Apple Ballers Stadium Location in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

The Big Apple Ballers Stadium can be found in the southeastern part of downtown Brooklyn, not far south from the Coney Island boardwalk. It’s easily noticeable. For your specific destination within the stadium, make your way to the field where the baseball diamond is located.

How to Unlock the Home Run Trophy

To unlock the Home Run! trophy, touch the home base and then run to the other three bases, starting with the one on the right. Don’t forget to touch the bases (white shapes on the ground), or else the trophy might not appear.

If you believed, like I did, that you’d be literally hitting a home run, then prepare yourself for a bit of a letdown. You will not be swinging a web bat and launching a web ball into the bleachers. Instead, you’ll only be running bases as though you’ve hit a home run.

At the very least, Spider-Man’s monologue was somewhat entertaining. So, it’s not a complete loss. And hey, that’s another trophy for the collection. A trophy that you can get the moment you’ve dealt with Sandman’s rampage at the start of the game.
