Squanch Games’ High On Life will launch soon, and we’ll finally be able to immerse ourselves in the kind of surreal, mind-bending gameplay we’ve come to anticipate from Justin Roiland, the creator of Rick and Morty.
High on Life will be a launch-day exclusive for the Xbox and PC. As such, will Game Pass subscribers be able to access it, though? Here’s what you need to know.
Will High On Life Be on Game Pass?
Yes, High On Life will be available Xbox Game Pass as a Day One title and is scheduled for release on December 13, 2022.
After being postponed from its intended release date of October 25, 2022, the game has been available for preload on PC and Console Game Pass since August 2022. The preload is empty except for a temporary file that will be replaced once the game is live.
The game places you in the role of a High-School Student, and your mission is to stop an alien cartel from utilizing humans as their new source of illegal narcotics and save the world in the process. You’ll need to team up with guns (yes, guns that can talk), and go to other worlds, then eventually finish up as the most feared bounty hunter in the cosmos.
The platforms that will support High On Life are: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (available on both Steam and Epic Game Store).
