Kirby and the Forgotten Land Gains Biggest Launch in UK

It is now official that Kirby and the Forgotten Land has become the number one in the biggest launch in the UK.

The newest entry to the Kirby franchise now gets the biggest launch in the United Kingdom and has overtaken Tiny Tina’s launch. It has also sold way better compared to its predecessor, Kirby Star Allies, more than double the numbers.

Kirby and The Forgotten Land is No.1 in the UK boxed retail charts this week. It comfortably beat Tiny Tina (which is at No.2). It is the biggest ever Kirby launch by a big margin, and is already the fifth biggest Kirby game ever in the UK after just 1 week

The best part of this is the fact it is only the physical copies that got counted and not the digital sales yet. Add those to the mix and the numbers would increase exponentially.

For overall sales, Kirby and the Forgotten Land sits at fifth place in biggest launch of the whole franchise. It has outsold predecessors like Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush. The best-selling title of all time though is still Kirby’s Dream Land with five million copies sold worldwide.
