The official Twitter account of Mega Man has revealed that the combined sales for Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection have surpassed a million copies worldwide. Since the collection’s first launch was on April 14, 2023, it actually achieved this new milestone in just two weeks. The total number of sales comes from both physical and digital sales.
Since the collection has now achieved over 1 million sales, it is now considered a platinum title, joining the ranks of others like Resident Evil and Monster Hunter World. The reason for its popularity is due to the veteran players who played the singular versions way back in the Game Boy Advance days.
Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection is out now on PC, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.
