According to a recent report, the actor who will portray main protagonist Solid Snake in Sony’s Metal Gear Solid movie adaption has been cast.
Deadline reported that Solid Snake will be portrayed by Oscar Isaac. He is known for his roles as Poe Dameron in the latest Star Wars trilogy, upcoming Dune, Ex Machina, and more.
The movie will be based on the popular game series Metal Gear Solid that was created by legendary Director Hideo Kojima. The script is written by Derek Connolly. Avi Arad is producing and Peter Kang is the executive overseeing for the studio. It will be directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts.
