Monster Hunter Stories 2 Playable Demo on Nintendo Switch Out Today

The playable demo of upcoming video game Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is now available for download on Nintendo Switch.

Players who want to try out the game can now download the playable demo on the Nintendo eShop. The save file from this demo can then be transferred to the full game of the release so that they can continue their playthrough there. There is also a bonus for playing the demo, which is the Kinship Talisman.

The playable demo offers the chance to change the appearance of their characters and get to try out the first parts of the game. They can even make equipment that they can bring on the full game and also hatch Monsties. The file size of the demo is only 2.8 GB and there is only one save slot for it, so keep that in mind. There will be no multiplayer in local and online for this game so only single player. There is also a level cap for this demo.

Aside from that, there will be a new livestream for the game and this will be the final one before the launch. It will show the launch trailer, co-op gameplay, some behind the scenes, and the title update information. It will be airing on July 2, 2021 at 6 AM PDT/14:00 BST. Check it out on its official Twitch channel.
