Game company Square Enix recently announced that high-intensity RPG-shooter video game Outriders is coming to a new platform.
The RPG-shooter is coming to Google Stadia on April 1. It will include Stadia exclusive Stream Connect feature. This will allow players to view their friends’ gameplay through picture-in-picture overlay in real time.
“We’re excited to team with Google to bring OUTRIDERS to Stadia with Stadia exclusive features and the highest levels of performance, allowing players to get the best experience on all supported devices,” said Jon Brooke, Co-Head of Studio at Square Enix External Studios.
Outriders is a 1-3 player co-op RPG shooter set in an original, dark and desperate sci-fi universe. As mankind bleeds out in the trenches of Enoch, you’ll create your own Outrider and embark on a journey across the hostile planet.
Outriders will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and now Google Stadia. A free demo is coming February 25.
