Palworld: Anubis Location, Breeding, Drops, Skills & Stats

Palworld’s Anubis is one of the best mid-game helper Pals to add into a base, especially in one that focuses on ingot processing. Anubis is tagged at #100 in the Paldeck and is a Ground-type Pal which is strong against Electric types and weak against Grass types. Read ahead as we share the locations on where Anubis can be captured, how to breed for one in Palworld, along with insights into its drops, skills, and stats.

Where to find Anubis in Palworld?

Where to find Anubis in Palworld

Anubis can be found as a Lv47 Alpha Boss wandering the rocky fields north east of both the Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant and Investigator’s Fork fast travel points. Because of its high level and how often it spawns with one or more of its kind, getting an Anubis through this method is done solely for the purpose of getting the Alpha variant.

Beware that Anubis has the ability to dodge attacks, mostly ranged attacks. It’s best to have a Pal that you can fight along with so that it gets preoccupied with more incoming attacks.

How to breed Anubis in Palworld?

How to breed Anubis in Palworld

Anubis can be obtained by breeding one male and one female Anubis, and can be bred early from these following combinations:

    • Anubis(♂) + Anubis(♀) = Anubis
    • Relaxaurus + Celaray = Anubis
    • Azurobe + Bushi = Anubis
    • Mozzarina + Lyleen = Anubis
    • Chillet + Elizabee = Anubis
    • Mossanda + Katress = Anubis
    • Bushi + Cinnamoth = Anubis

Breeding Anubis from Pals that are easier to catch earlier on in the game is the most preferred way of obtaining an Anubis that will be used as base helpers.

    Anubis Stats

Here are Anubis’ stats and key attributes such as its health, defense, stamina, and various attack capabilities:

Guardian of the DesertPartner SkillWhile fighting together, applies Ground damage to the player’s attacks. Sometimes dodges attacks with a high speed sidestep while in battle.

Anubis is a combat-oriented Pal that is capable of using Ground-type moves. Its partner skill, Guardian of the Desert, applies Ground-type damage to the player’s moves and it also allows Anubis to dodge attacks with a very fast sidestep.

Anubis has Lv2 Transporting, Lv3 Mining, and Lv4 Handiwork Palworld

Anubis has Lv2 Transporting, Lv3 Mining, and Lv4 Handiwork which make them quite useful for bases that mainly mine and process ores into Ingots or Refined Ingots, two essential materials that are needed by a lot of things in the mid-to-late game such as higher tier Spheres and ammo. Bases like these are often situated near ore nodes and have around 3 to 4 Anubis working in them to churn out dozens to hundreds of ores in an hour.

    Anubis Drops

Anubis can drop the following items when hunted:

    • Bone
    • Large Pal Soul
    • Innovative Technical Manual

Anubis are especially helpful in both fighting mid-game Pals and as helpers in producing enough materials to keep up with the demands of going into the late phases of the game, which is why Anubis are one of the essential Pals to obtain as soon as possible and to be kept within the party or a base.
