PSVR2 Rumored Getting 4K Display, Eye-Tracking Capability and More

Rumors suggest that the upcoming PSVR2 will have interesting new features especially with the headset that other VR headsets do not have.

Multiple sources have told media outlet Upload.vr recently about the next headset for the PS5 and the new features are pretty interesting. It is said that it will have 4000×2080 pixels (2000×2040 per eye), a lends separation adjustment dial, and gaze tracking capable of foveated rendering. Others are even saying that it will have haptic feedback. Yes, imagine having vibrations all over your head to increase the immersion.

Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially confirmed a few features though like it will have less wirings to use and the new controllers especially used for the PSVR2 headset.

If the rumors are true, then the PSVR2 will be a revolutionary piece of virtual reality hardware for fans of the genre. High-quality displays for each eye and the eye-tracking capability will make it quite the high-tech piece of equipment to use.
