Game company Square Enix has officially announced the launch of SaGa Frontier Remastered today on multiple modern platforms.
The HD remaster of the beloved JRPG classic is now available worldwide on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PC via Steam, iOS, and Android.
The game is developed and overseen by SaGa Series General Director Akitoshi Kawazu and Producer Hiroyuki Miura. Its art is done by artist Tomomi Kobayashi and music composed by Kenji Ito. They have added a host of new improvements and additions that were not featured in the original version that was first launched in 1998. The remastered version now has beautifully remastered graphics, newly added scenario content starring fan-favorite Fuse as the new eighth playable character and new character events. There are also other new features like double and triple speed boosts, New Game+, newly designed UI, story chart, and autosave.
