In an effort to keep their employees safe from the pandemic going around, Sony has insisted that their employees continue their duties at home. The Japanese tech giant promising full pay regardless of their employees abilities to perform their responsibilities due to limitation of having to work at home. They will continue to work at their own place up until the end of April. Sony will also give their staff and allowance of $1,000 in order to spend on necessary equipment to perform duties at home.
Besides that, Sony is also monitoring the risk of delays for their games due to COVID-19. For now, the schedule for when they come out this 2020 hasn’t changed. But we’ll soon see if it stays that way due to the worsening situation.
