Rohschinken games announces Spin Commander, a skill-based mobile game with a strong focus on sensor controls and releases first trailer.
In Spin Commander players have to get out of their comfort zones and move their bodies. In order to survive in the game, the gyroscope or compass of the device are used to rotate the avatar. The goal is to push away enemies and survive as long as possible. In over 10 stages you need to defend yourself, collect power-ups and spin like crazy.
The gyro-controls provide an exciting mechanic which is not seen often in mobile games nowadays. The cooperative multiplayer mode offers unique gameplay features: Two devices are connected via Wi-Fi and the players remotely control their avatar on their partner’s device. Hectic fidgeting and trash-talk, but also impressive team play are often the result.
A complete run of Spin Commander takes about 5 minutes. The short play duration and the achievements encourage to increase the personal score and compete with friends.
Spin Commander will be released in June 2015 for Android on Google Play and for iOS on the App Store. The game uses the free to play model where you can upgrade to a pro version which unlocks additional content and removes ads.
