New reports claim that some Star Wars Jedi Survivor preorder bonus items have now vanished from their inventory.
Some players have now come forward and reported that their preorder items have suddenly disappeared from their inventory after the latest patch for Star Wars Jedi Survivor. They revealed that the Hermit customization options for the outfit and lightsaber components are now gone after booting up the game.
One of the players recently posted a complaint on Steam saying the same thing: their preorder items are now gone after the latest update. When they checked their character customization menu, the cosmetics are gone, the lightsaber components have vanished, etc.
There seems to be a workaround for this issue on Steam. One player suggested that they should go to the game’s DLC list on the right side of the games splash page in the library. Once there, just untick the preorder DLC, re-tick them, and restart the game. The preorder items were back again after they did that.
It seems the Xbox side is unlucky though as one player revealed that when they tried to check the DLCs of the game, the preorder ones were completely gone. They were not even locked and not visible, they were just removed completely from the game after the update.
EA has not shared any comment in regard to this issue yet.
Star Wars Jedi Survivor is out now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
