Based on new data published, Star Wars Jedi Survivor has now taken the top spot on UK Boxed Charts.
The data comes from GfK that got published by GamesIndustry.biz recently. It has been revealed that Star Wars Jedi Survivor has now taken up the top 1 spot in the UK Boxed Charts this week. It is also currently sitting on the top 2 spot of the biggest game launch of the year rankings. The one taking top 1 is Hogwarts Legacy, but Star Wars Jedi Survivor is ahead of Resident Evil 4 Remake, which is now in the third spot. It is also the eighth biggest Star Wars boxed release in the last 30 years.

Even though it is the eighth biggest Star Wars boxed release, its opening week sales is 35 percent lower than its predecessor, SW Jedi Fallen Order. Do note that this is only the data for boxed sales, so total sales could differ. Also, Fallen Order was released way back in 2019 when digital copies were hot due to the early COVID restrictions. The PS5 version has 82 percent sales while 18 percent of that was on Xbox.
