Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a new Tales of Arise update which has now added new features including a save data transfer option.
Players who have already played the game on PS4 or Xbox One can now transfer their saves to the next-gen console systems PS5 and Xbox Series X/S with the latest December 2021 update. This new update allows players to transfer their saves from the old gen consoles to the new ones with just a few steps.
In order to safely transfer saves, players will need to look for the upload download options on the game. On the main menu of the game just below the Download Shop is the Save Data Upload option. Choose that and upload the save data batch to the servers.
After safely uploading all saves, players can now go to their next-gen console either pS5 or Xbox Series X/S and then on the main menu check the Save Data Download option. This is just below the Download Shop. Choose that and then it will download all of the saves you just uploaded from the PS4 or Xbox One. You will now have your old saves and now safe on the next-gen consoles. Do note that after loading the game and saving again on the next-gen consoles, it will override the saves.
Tales of Arise is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
