The Crew Motorfest Crossplay and Cross Platform Explained

Multiplayer games like The Crew Motorfest should already have crossplay support as a basic feature. However some modern day games still haven’t caught on to the trend and you could be worried about talking to your friends about which platform to play the game on. Find out if The Crew Motorfest has crossplay and cross-platform features.

    Is The Crew Motorfest Crossplay?

Yes, The Crew Motorfest features crossplay for all platforms. Players are able to play with each other regardless if they’re on PlayStation, Xbox, or PC platforms. This includes cross-platform matchmaking online to find players in its multiplayer mode.

Many recent Ubisoft games have featured cross-platform play in the past so it isn’t strange to see The Crew Motorfest having crossplay features. The catch is that you need to have a Ubisoft account to use crossplay and cross platform features. If you don’t have one, you can sign up once you start the game.

The Crew Motorfest crossplay also comes with cross-generation features. Players on previous gen consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One can play the game with those on modern gen consoles.

Does The Crew Motorfest Have Cross-Progression?

The Crew Motorfest does have cross-progression. You can play the game on multiple platforms without losing progress or starting over. However you need to setup a Ubisoft account in order to use this feature.

When it comes to making their games accessible, Ubisoft is taking a few steps forward. For those planning on playing The Crew Motorfest on multiple platforms, they can do so and carry over their progress without problems, no matter which edition they bought.
