This is our The Knight Witch trophy guide. The Knight Witch is the newest game from publisher team17 and developed by Super Mega Team. It focuses on Rayne, a fledgling Knight Witch in her childhood. She is suddenly thrust into the spotlight after an army of Golems attacked their home and the other Knight Witches seemingly vanished into thin air. It is a difficult task to rally people to your cause but it is harder still for them to find out the truth about their world.

In this guide, we’ll tell you what you need to earn in order to get platinum in The Knight Witch as well as a few pointers from past experiences.

There are a total of 27 trophies to collect:

    • 1 Platinum Trophy
    • 7 Gold Trophies
    • 4 Silver Trophies
    • 15 Bronze Trophies

    Hidden Trophies:

    • This is an Achievement
    • No Hard Feelings
    • A Job For a Goddess
    • Proud goonie
    • The Underwater Level

The Witch Knight is an interesting title, to be sure. It blends mechanics found in Metroidvanias and Shoot ’em up and even deck builders albeit on the light side. And the trophy list reflects that, apart from the collectibles, it would seem like the trophies that are tied to getting more powerful aren’t that hard to get. Maybe with the exception of one trophy.

To get the Ultimate Knight Witch trophy, you’ll need to acquire every Link upgrade. This is going to depend mostly on how you want people to perceive you. There are certain choices you’ll have to make and that’ll affect your Link with the people.

There are also a couple of hidden trophies that seem to allude to the possibility that you will have to go through the game at least twice in order to get these endings and their respective trophies.

From my experiences with other deck-building games, the Spell Chaos trophy is something I suspect many players will have to build into. This will depend entirely on the amount of mana you have in reserve, how quickly you can fill, and what cards can you quickly get that cost next to nothing.

Skill-based challenges for Time Attack and No Hits are present in the form of the Speed Witch and Untouchable trophies. And will require players to get 27 of each to earn them. This can be a deal breaker especially later on in the game when the tasks could ask for perfection.

To a lesser extent, the trophies Green Food, Take No Prisoners, and For The Loot! are a bit concerning to me because the game is a Metroidvania/shoot-em-up hybrid. You might be searching the nooks and crannies of every room you enter to find some of these and unlock their trophies.

The last trophy worth noting is the Proud goonie trophy. This is an obvious nod to the classic 1985 movie, The Goonies. It makes me wonder if searching for a lost ship could be an extraordinary feat. But we’ll see.

And that’s it for our thoughts on the Witch Knight platinum run and its trophy guide. Happy hunting prospective Witch Knights.
