The main crafting material that is present in all of the rockets is the Rocket Engine which can be built through an Advanced Craft Station using the following materials:

    • x1 Super Alloy
    • x2 Uranium
    • x1 Iridium Rod

How to use Rockets in The Planet Crafter

How to use Rockets in The Planet Crafter

In order to use and deploy rockets, you mush first construct a Launch Platform using the following materials:

    • x3 Super Alloy
    • x3 Titanium
    • x3 Iron

The Launch Platform needs to be constructed on bare land that is wide enough and clear from obstructions such as rocks or other buildings.

Once the Launch Platform is constructed, bring the necessary materials for the specific rocket that you want to launch, then climb up to the top of the platform. Interact with the panel from which you can choose which rocket to launch, then press the red button to initiate the launch. Depending on the type of rocket that you have launched, you can get its effects just a few seconds after the launch, be it a meteor shower, generation bonus, or map upgrade.

For the rockets that provide generation bonuses, the 1000% bonus is stackable and their effects last forever. The bonus applies only on the base generation rate of all the machines under the same terraforming metric. The total generation rate after applying the bonus can be increased further by either launching more rockets giving the same bonus, or by adding more machines under that same metric.

Although rockets are one-time use only, several rockets of the same type can be launched and the resources that they are made from are renewable.
