Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt on PS5 Offers Quality and Performance Mode

DualSense features also helps with immersion.

Sharkmob recently shared details about the upcoming free-to-play battle royale video game Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt especially some of the PS5 version features.

Sharkmob Producer David Sirland recently talked with media outlet WCCFTech about the PS5 features of their upcoming F2P battle royale game starting off with the two graphics settings. According to him, there are two settings to choose from when playing the game on the PS5, which are Quality Mode and Performance Mode.

Here are the for each mode:

Quality Mode

  • Identical to PC Ultra Preset
  • 4K internal resolution with TAA
  • Targeting 30hz

Performance Mode

  • Identical to PC Ultra Preset
  • 1440p internal resolution with TAA
  • Targeting 60hz

Aside from the two graphics settings, Sirland also shared details about the game’s DualSense unique features. With the DualSense controller, the player can use the haptics feature to give them more information about the second to second gameplay. It also gives them a lot of additional awareness plus the audio and visual cues. Immersion is now on a higher level because of this combination.

When asked for the reason for partnering with Sony Interactive Entertainment, Sirland revealed their partnership has ticked a lot of boxes when they set out to broaden the player base. He stated the PS5 could run the game very well and the features were a great match for the game. The combination of both 3D audio and haptics were perfect.

Vampire The Masquerade Bloodhunt launches on April 27, 2022. It will be available on PC and PS5.
