The new gameplay video, courtesy of IGN, showcases some of its gameplay and the Chinese scenic spot Mount Tianzhu. This mountain is one of the many areas that players can explore in the early stages of the game.
The location itself is quite beautiful with lush scenery and amazing sights to behold, only to be marred by vicious monsters that are lurking nearby. These enemies are quite fast and lethal when hitting the player in the video, which actually kills a lot of times. Every time a player dies, the words Crushing Defeat are flashed across the screen.
The video also shows a preview of some exploration and platforming features. Some weapons were also shown like a dual-wield sword, dagger, staff, and a few more.
After the success of Nioh and Nioh 2, many fans are already looking forward to the new gameplay from this new game based on Chinese history with a twist.
