In what it seems to be in the snowy field in Battle of the Bulge, the first reveal of Call of Duty WWII‘s story trailer shows Private Ronald ‘Red’ Daniels from the U.S First Infantry Division.
The trailer shows the events of D-Day, the largest war campaign in the second World War and the invasion of Europe. War wages on in the trailer; while we know in history that the U.S First Infantry Division participated in the Omaha Beach landing, it wasn’t revealed in the trailer.
There are no gameplay footage featured in the trailer, however, the story of Daniels seems to be not just focused on his experience in the war but also his squad in the U.S First Infantry Division. We’re excited to know how well Sledgehammer Games’ characters in their World War II portrayal will turn out.
Call of Duty WWII‘s D-Day will be on November 3.
