The Coalition, one of Microsoft’s first-party studios who took the helm for the Gears of War franchise, has been spotted to be working on a new game.
Storylab Productions, a company who worked with The Coalition on Gears of War Ultimate and Gears of War 4, has posted a page on their website that The Coalition is already in production for a new IP. Apparently, that page was brought down and GamingBolt was able to get a screenshot of that page.

Microsoft probably wants to keep it a secret until an official announcement at big gaming conventions like E3. It would be great to know if The Coalition is bringing a new IP exclusively for the Xbox to give the platform some fresh air and take advantage of the power of the Xbox One X.
