Game publisher Bandai Namco recently released a new trailer for God Eater 3. It focused on the introduction of the story and more information other features.
God Eater 3 English trailer now live
Bandai Namco released the new trailer with the English translation so that it could be understood by western audiences. The content is clearer now, which featured the story of the game’s new region, new Aragami, and the new characters.
The world still in ruins
Earth is still in ruins in this third iteration of the game franchise and it is now set in a new region called the Ashlands. There are new breeds of Aragami living in this wasteland, and some of them are the Anubis and Ra. Human communities are living in underground shelters called the Ports so that they can survive hidden from the monsters above the surface.
New God Eaters revealed
There are new types of God Eaters in this game now, which are closer to the Aragami than the ones in the previous titles. They are far stronger and deadlier in combat, and they are resistant to the poisonous air on the surface of Ashlands.
Hugo Pennywort is one of the new God Eaters and he is currently the leader of the group. He grew up with the main protagonist of the game, which makes them feel like brothers.
New God Arcs
The game will have all-new God Arcs like the biting Edge God Arc. This is a new dual-bladed weapon that can be used for stabbing and quick slash attacks. The Ray Gun is a powerful long-range weapon that can give extreme damage if timed correctly.
Engage System and Accelerator Trigger
The Engage System can be activated when teammates are close together during missions. The Accelerator Trigger is a new passive ability that can be triggered by certain circumstances like a critical hit or a perfect guard.
