The Outer Worlds Next Update To Fix Crashes In Tartarus

Game developer Obsidian Entertainment recently announced that a new patch is in the works for popular RPG The Outer Worlds.

The Outer Worlds new update will fix numerous things

Patch 1.1.1.0 is planned to address some issues that stuck out so much after launch. One of the most notable issues to be addressed is the ones that involve a particular bad crash issue in Tartarus. They are also going to increase the font size since a lot of players complained that it was too small to read. Some missions also had failstates that did not allow players to complete certain quests or trophies and this update will fix them.

The update is planned for this week, but it could change depending on what they find.

Here’s what to expect on the upcoming patch for the game:

Resolved Issues

•    The crashing issue in Tartarus
•    Increase Font Size – Conversations/Subtitles
•    Muffled sound effects occur at random times for players on the PS4
•    Companions dying and failing companion quests on modes other than Supernova
•    Unable to finish “Radio Free Monarch”
•    Trophy “Not the Best Choice” fails to unlock properly

The full game is now available on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. It is planned to launch on Nintendo Switch. Check out our review here.
