In Frazier’s official Twitter account, he officially confirmed that the PC version of the game will support flight sim joysticks and throttles. It will support everything up to a full HOTAS (hands-on throttle and stick) set-up. Fans of the franchise will definitely get a very immersive cockpit experience with this feature.

Well hey, double checked and apparently I AM allowed to tell you that without being tackled by PR!

Yes, we fully support joystick on PC, including full HOTAS rigs with a throttle. 🙂

The upcoming game was revealed yesterday with confirmed 5v5 single player mode with the story set after the events of Return of the Jedi. Players will be enjoying multiplayer dogfights and fleet battles. It will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC with both VR Support for PS4 and PC on Oct. 2.
