Xbox Series X Official Price and Release Date Announced

After the official announcement of the Xbox Series S details like pricing and release date, game company Microsoft has finally confirmed the price for the Xbox Series X and its release date.

As expected and from the previous leaks, the price for the next-gen flagship console will be $499 and will be released together with its younger brother, Xbox Series S, on Nov. 10. As boasted by Microsoft, this is the most powerful console ever made.

The pre-orders for both consoles will start this coming Sept. 22. The game company announced the expansion of Xbox All Access to 12 countries, which will offer fans with the next generation Xbox and 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate starting at $24.99 a month with no upfront costs.

To note, EA Play Comes to Xbox Game Pass will have no additional cost, which is brilliant.

Microsoft also announced the24 months of full Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which lets its players gain access to these features:

  • The next-generation Xbox console of your choice
  • Over 100 high-quality games to play on console, including next-gen Optimized games
  • Over 100 high-quality games to play on PC
  • An EA Play membership to play more than 60 of EA’s biggest and best console and PC games
  • And over 100 games to play from the cloud
