Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies Mode Confirmed Exclusive to PlayStation for a Year

A new video about Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has confirmed that the Zombies Mode will be exclusive to the PlayStation side for a year.

In the video description of the newest video shared by Sony Interactive Entertainment on the PlayStation’s YouTube channel, it has a small note that confirms the zombie mode’s exclusivity. It says, “Not available on other platforms until Nov 1. 2021.”

So yes, Zombies mode will be exclusive to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 console systems for a year. It will be available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S starting on November 1, 2021.

Here’s the video description:

Warning. Containment Breach. Dark Aether anomalies have infested familiar locations across the globe with hordes of the undead in an all new Zombies experience – Onslaught. Grab a teammate in this 2-player co-operative experience and fight off wave after increasingly difficult wave of zombies. You have one goal… survive. Fight hard enough and you’ll reap exclusive* rewards. Experience Onslaught first on PlayStation.*

It seems like Activision will be giving SIE exclusivity for this particular game mode short time, which is a good perk for them. They must be in really good terms with this sort of deal.

The Zombies mode will feature the regular multiplayer maps, which will be infested with zombies. It will be two player co-op and will have them try to survive the hordes of zombies as it increases in waves. Gain big rewards if they survive.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is coming to PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
