Monster Hunter Rise exclusivity to Nintendo Switch is short-lived as it is confirmed to be coming to PC too but not soon.
CAPCOM has officially confirmed in a statement that there will be a PC version of the game. It is still in early development, but they plan to release it sometime in 2022.
Game Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto shared this news with media outlet IGN Japan in an interview. He assured that PC players can expect the game to be coming to their platform later.
“We received a lot of requests for a PC version of Monster Hunter Rise, particularly from overseas players, and so we have decided to develop a version for PC, which we aim to release in early 2022,” said Tsujimoto. “This is still under development, so I’d like to share more detailed information when the time is right.”
No other details were revealed yet, but at least that is confirmed.
Monster Hunter Rise launches in March 26 on Nintendo Switch.
