Game developer Omega Force and publisher Koei Tecmo recently announced their decision of delaying the release of upcoming video game Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires.

Koei Tecmo posted the message from Omega Force on its official Twitter account recently of the decision to delay. The game was supposed to be released sometime in Early 2021, but it seems they could not meet the deadline this time around.

Omega Force is currently working hard to deliver the best game possible, which is why they wanted to convey the current situation and will announce the new launch window later on. They have apologized for the delay and ask that fans will still support them despite the decision.

To compensate for the unfortunate news, the developers have shared a screenshot of a scene from the opening movie of the upcoming game.

Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires is expected to launch on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
