    Fortnite Adds Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn This Week

    Game company Epic Games just revealed that Aloy from popular video game Horizon Zero Dawn is coming to battle royale Fortnite this week!

    Staring April 15, players will be able to collect items from Horizon Zero Dawn in the game and that includes the Aloy Outfit. It includes the Blaze Canister Back Bling, Aloy’s Spear Pickaxe, Glinthawk Glider, Shield-Weaver Wrap, the Heart-rizon Emote, and Aloy the Skywatcher Loading Screen (bundle only).

    Players who will play the game on PS5 and has the Aloy Outfit will be able to unlock the Ice Hunter Aloy Style.

    Starting April 14 and only available on PlayStation consoles, players can join the Aloy Cup. Top performing teams in each region will get the Horizon Zero Dawn Bundle before it launches in the Item Shop.

    Players on the PS4 and PS5 will be the ones competing and eliminating the competition with the Bow will earn additional points. Check out the scoring below:

    PLACEMENT

    Victory Royale: 35 points

    2nd: 29 points

    3rd: 26 points

    4th: 24 points

    5th: 22 points

    6th: 20 points

    7th: 19 points

    8th: 18 points

    9th: 17 points

    10th: 16 points

    11th: 15 points

    12th: 14 points

    13th: 13 points

    14th: 12 points

    15th: 11 points

    16th: 10 points

    17th: 9 points

    18th: 8 points

    19th: 7 points

    20th: 6 points

    21st: 5 points

    22nd: 4 points

    23rd: 3 points

    24th: 2 points

    25th: 1 point

    ELIMINATIONS

    Each Elimination: 2 Points

    Bonus for Eliminations using a bow: 8 Points

    To join, players need to be on PlayStation consoles and just check the Cup in-game under the Compete Tab. The Epic Account level must be level 30 and have Two-Factor Authentication in order to participate.

    There is a limited time mode that team up two iconic game characters. This is the Team Up! Aloy and Lara Limited Time Mode and will based on Duos. They will be automatically be outfitted as either Aloy or Lara Croft in a loot-locked battle with only the craftable Bow and Dual Pistols at their disposal. This will start on April 16 at 9am ET and will end on April 18 at 9am ET.

    Fortnite is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Android.
