Game company Arc System Works has recently revealed the new schedule for Guilty Gear Strive Open Beta Test #2.
The second Open Beta Test will start on May 14 and will end on May 16 on PlayStation 4 and PS5. This new beta test will offer players a hand on the complete roster of the game. Anji Mito and I-No will be joining the list of playable characters this time around.
The servers will be opened during the following times:
- 14th May, 04:00 AM BST – 16th May, 03:59 PM BST
In addition to the newcomers, the Open Beta Test #2 also comes with improved balancing as well as a revamped online lobby system that players will be able to discover. During the Second Open Beta Test, the following modes will be available:
- Offline Modes:
- VS COM / VS 2P
- Tutorial Mode
- Training Mode
- Network Mode:
- Online Match
The player matches will not be available during this beta test.
Crossplay will be supported, which will allow PS4 and PS5 players to face each other.
Pre-download for the second Open Beta Test starts on May 7 at 10:00 AM in each country. Those who have the previous Open Beta Test version downloaded can just get the patch that will update the version for the new Beta Test. More details will be shared later on.
Aside from that, the content that will be available during the Early Access for pre-orders of the Deluxe and Ultimate edition, which starts on June 8 has changed. Players can now choose their favorite character from the full roster and play online modes. The Story mode will be available in full.
Guilty Gear Strive will be released on June11 for PC, PS4 and PS5.
