Game company Focus Home Interactive introduces the new stealth-focused PvE Mode for Hood: Outlaws and Legends called State Heist.
Hood: Outlaws and Legends, the multiplayer heist game from Sumo Digital and Focus Home Interactive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One and PC, introduces an exciting new PvE game mode today in a free update.
State Heist is a PvE mode that replaces the enemy player team with deadlier opposition from the State and introduces challenging new mechanics, emphasizing stealth, and cooperation. Instead of opposing players, the team of four will be against a far more dangerous and responsive State with limitations on respawning that creates a whole new dynamic. Players will now need to be more careful and methodical in approaching their enemies to be successful.
A new event was also introduced to celebrate the Hood: Outlaws and Legends State Heist launch. Focus Home Interactive and Sumo Digital have added the Survive the State event. Players who will successfully steal the chest in State Heist without dying will get the new Shadow Lords costume for the character they were playing. The rewards will be unlocked when the event ends on August 2.
More content will be coming to the game as both game companies have been actively working on the game’s improvement by listening to community feedback. They only want to offer the best heist experience for their gaming community. It has already gotten a lot of gameplay updates and tweaks with promise of more later on. Season 1: Samhain will be arriving soon, bringing a free, game-changing new outlaw, a full rework of the winch system, tons of cosmetics, events, and more.
Hood: Outlaws and Legends is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Get the Year 1 Edition, including the base game and Year 1 Battle Pass Pack, to access three premium Battle Passes, due to be released after the initial free Season, for a year of exclusive cosmetics.
