To solve the puzzle in Makasura Shrine, you will have to work with Zonai stabilizers which always maintain a standing orientation when activated. Turning them on when they are lying down will make then stand back up and move everything that is attached to them.

As you enter the shrine, use Ascend underneath the platform to reach the upper level.

You will then see a stabilizer attached to a tall wall. Activate the stabilizer to make the wall stand up, then place it near the edge with its lip at the top pointed away from you. Climb up the wall then jump and glide over to the other side.

You will see another wall attached to a stabilizer. Use this wall and prop it up to the cage on the left side.

Climb over the cage and then place the ball on the bowl attached to the wall. Activate the stabilizer of the wall to fling the ball over the wall. You can also use the wall to reach the ledge where the chest that contains a Fairy Tonic. Get back into the middle area and make sure that the ball goes into the hole.

Once the gate is open, take out the wall from the next room, then rearrange the walls on the stabilizer to make the one with the basket on the opposite end. You can then stand on the basket and hit the wall to activate the stabilizer and get flung over to the statues. Claim your Light of Blessing to complete the shrine.
