With Monster Hunter World releasing just a few weeks from now, it is the first Monster Hunter entry to come to major consoles since 2012’s Monster Hunter Tri for the Wii and Wii U. And this time, PlayStation owners will get a taste from Capcom’s ultimate monster hunting experience on the PS4 – and as well as the Xbox owners too as this is the first Monster Hunter for the platform.

For what we have experienced in the beta, the game was astonishingly beautiful and massive so we expect that it would be around 40GB to 50GB of file size. No. According to a report by PlayStation Universe, Monster Hunter World’s file size will only be around 16GB. This is based on the Japanese box-art of the game.

Players who decide to buy Monster Hunter World this January 26 will expect its first downloadable content around Spring 2018.

Monster Hunter World launches on January 26 for PS4 and Xbox One. The PC version will release this Autumn/Fall 2018.
