SEGA and Two Point Studios have revealed new details about Two Point Museum, the latest installment in the Two Point series of management simulators. A key feature highlighted is the introduction of Interactive Displays, designed to boost guest satisfaction and engagement within the museum.
These Interactive Displays are buildable utilities crafted by hired janitors in the Workshop. Functioning as both exhibits and information stand, they provide guests with a triple benefit: increased Buzz, Knowledge, and Entertainment, promising a more immersive and enjoyable museum visit.
There are five unique Interactive Displays, each catering to different museum themes:
- Prehistory Playground (Prehistory Theme): This display features a dinosaur-shaped slide, offering guests an engaging and educational prehistoric learning experience. Visitors can climb and slide down the dinosaur, making learning fun and active.
- Relic River (Prehistory Theme): For those dreaming of archaeological discovery, Relic River provides a stress-free artifact-finding simulation. Guests can pan through a stream to uncover various relics like coins and shoes, offering a hands-on experience.
- Seahorse Racer (Marine Life Theme): This display offers a unique “aquatic horseback riding experience.” Guests can “hop in the saddle” of a Coralback, a fictional 900lb creature, to experience a Wetlantean cavalry-inspired ride.
- Séance Simulator (Supernatural Theme): Designed to simulate a supernatural experience, this circular room features levitating books and chairs when guests sit in the center. The immersive nature of the simulator may cause some visitors to experience realistic reactions like cold sweats or even fainting.
- Ghost Dusting Demo (Supernatural Theme): This interactive exhibit lets guests use the “Ghost Guster,” a vacuum-like device for capturing ghosts. Set against a graveyard backdrop, visitors can playfully “suck up” spirits, although the press release notes some guests may find the ghostly teasing unsettling.
Two Point Museum puts players in the role of a museum curator, challenging them to create and manage the greatest museum in the world. Players will need to acquire artifacts, design unique exhibits, and keep guests entertained through guided tours and now, these new Interactive Displays.
Two Point Museum is set to release on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on March 4, 2025.
