A new JRPG game is coming out soon this year and is being developed by Konami. Based on the popular anime series written by Hiro Mashima, Edens Zero is coming to the major consoles. Recently, Konami revealed new gameplay footage of what kind of game this anime will be and when it will be released.
Edens Zero is a 3D action role-playing game based on the space fantasy comic/anime EDENS ZERO by Hiro Mashima, creator of Fairy Tail and Rave Master. The player controls diverse characters as they embark on an epic adventure across different planets while battling powerful enemies!
Overpower enemies with combos and Finishing Attacks! Building up the gauge and activating a Special Skill inflict heavy damage to all nearby enemies! Dive deeper into the intense and suspenseful story from the comic!
Over 700 types of equippable items can be obtained by progressing through the game, so there’s no shortage of ways to alter your characters’ appearance and tweak their stats. Customize your favorite characters! You can freely combine any equipment and accessories you want with a feature that allows you to alter characters’ appearances without changing their stats.
Edens will be released for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on July 15, 2025. Pre-order the game now online especially the Deluxe Edition as players will not only receive bonuses but a 7-day early access to the game as well.
