Last year, the developers of MiHoyo revealed that Honkai Star Rail will collaborate with one of Japan’s iconic anime series, Fate Stay Night. Recently, the official Twitter post of Honkai Star Rail has revealed the two Fate characters who will join the roster of HSR and will surely spice things up in the next update.
The 1st character to be revealed is Saber Artoria. In this reveal, she is shown as a user of the Wind Element, and her path is of Destruction. The solitary Heroic Spirit traverses the long night of fate. The banner of the Round Table remains unfurled in a dream. Alas, the knight-king of Camelot has yet to reach that ever-distant utopia. Though still a young maiden, she has heeded the call for this most unique iteration of the Holy Grail War. With the Sword in the Stone offering its choice once more, how shall she shatter the illusions of the past?
The 2nd character to be added in the next update for HSR x Fate Stay Night collaboration will be Archer Emiya. Not only is this character a 5-star unit, but he will be given to players for free upon the launch of the 3.6 update of HSR. Despair plays in cycles from the past and the future. Countless grand ideals were incinerated before that red and sacred cloth. Yet, do not let this smear of ashes fool you… Should someone create a phantasmal sweet dream under the guise of false ideals, then he will burn again, facing down the hypocrites of the world till the very end. Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail: Honkai: Star Rail × Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] Collaboration will officially launch on July 11 for all mobile devices, PlayStation 5, and PC via Epic Games store.
