Website speedrun.com has verified that two speedrunners have complete the Dubai mission in the any% category for On Top of the World. At that time, it was Wreak and Der_Launch_Linus that got that record time by 9 seconds. Today, a record of 8 seconds is now held by Goron.
In order to achieve this, players only need to shoot two targets in the mission as soon as they get revealed in the beginning of the mission. They need to run to the steps of the lobby in the Sceptre and then shoot two targets as they mingle with other people.
The Silent Assassin category also holds a ridiculous record time. It is currently held by player Snap-, GuLe, and Pigiero with a record time of 16 seconds.
