Nvidia’s DLSS technology is nothing short of amazing and is changing the PC gaming landscape thanks to how much better it makes games look and play by giving you more frames and image quality thanks to an AI doing all the work of upscaling the image quality. So with that said, October is going to be big for DLSS as ten more games are going to be getting the DLSS treatment.
Here is the list of games:
- Back 4 Blood
- Crysis Remastered Trilogy
- Baldur’s Gate 3
- Chivalry 2
- Sword and Fairy 7
- Alan Wake Remastered
- F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch
- Swords of Legends Online
- Shadow of the Tomb Raider
- Rise of the Tomb Raider
It is important to note that not all of these games will be getting the treatment together. Back 4 Blood, Alan Wake Remastered, and FIST: Forged in Shadow Torch, are already on DLSS support right now. Crysis Remastered Trilogy, Baldur’s Gate 3, and Sword of Legends Online will be getting the update for DLSS later this week with Crysis getting it when it launches on October 15. The two Tomb Raider games are getting it on October 18, Sword and Fairy 7 will be getting the update on October 21, and finally we have Chivalry 2 who will be getting it on October 26.
Another thing to note is that DLSS is only supported on high-end NVidia graphics cards like the RTX 20 and 30 series. So for those of you who want to be able to play games with DLSS then you better go out and try to find some sort of stock for the high-end GPUs with the NVidia brand.
The amount of performance boost you can get from DLSS is different based on a number of factors with one’s graphics card model and the game being the two most defining factors. There are reports that Back 4 Blood is getting more than a 40% boost to performance on DLSS “Performance Mode”.
