A new report has confirmed that all Diablo IV ultra-rare unique items have been dropped.

Diablo IV Ultra-Rare Unique Items Currently Dropped

After it was confirmed recently that Andariel’s Visage and Harlequin Crest were dropped, the quest for four more ultra-rare unique items to drop began. Fans have been trying their best to get the prestige of getting the first ultra-rare unique drop for the first time in their accounts, but it was really difficult to make it happen. Just recently, new reports have revealed the rest of the rare items have finally been dropped and found by players from across the globe.

    Full List of of Items

To give some context, here are all of the six ultra-rare unique items to collect:

    • Doombringer (One handed sword) – Lucky Hit: Up to a (15-25%) chance to deal 5,822 Shadow damage to surrounding enemies and reduce their damage by 20% for 5 seconds.
    • The Grandfather (Two handed sword) – Increase Critical Strike Damage by (60-100%)
    • Ring of Starless Skies (Ring) – Each consecutive Core skill cast reduces the Resource cost of your net Core skill by (8-12%) up to a maximum of 40%
    • Andariel’s Visage (Helm) – Lucky Hit: Up to a (15-20%) chance to trigger a poison nova that applies 10,077 Poisoning damage over 5 seconds to enemies in the are (also 1.3-2% life steal).
    • Harlequin Crest (Helm) – Gain (10-20)% Damage Reduction and +4 to all Skills
    • Melted Heart of Selig (Amulet) – Gain 30% Maximum Resource and when you take damage, drain (8-3) Resource for every 1% of Life you would have lost instead.

All Four New Ultra-Rare Unique Items Drop Confirmed

Based on the list, only four more items are missing. Check out which servers and lucky accounts got the items for the first time via WowHead.

The first item is The Grandfather Sword and it was looted by a Necromancer on the Asia server. It was rewarded from a Helltide Event chest. It is considered the best-in-slot for many builds including Whirlwind Barbarian.

Next is the Ring of Starless Skies which was looted by a Necromancer below level 60, who was most likely boosted through Nightmare Dungeons on Tier 31 or higher.

The Doombringer Sword got looted by the Rogue Shyanne aka ViZiOnZ333. The server was not confirmed, unfortunately.

Lastly is the Melted Heart of Selig which was confirmed to drop for a level 100 Necromancer in the Blind Burrows Dungeon. The server has not been confirmed as well.

Now all ultra-rare unique items have finally been dropped. It is time for players to get their own.

Diablo IV is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
