The Apex Legends Season 14 leaks are here once again as the new season is due for next month. Fans are already on the hunt for what new stuff they could expect when it drops. There have been some new reports here and there, and they might be right. Here are some of the data that we have collected online in regards to the upcoming new season for the popular battle royale game including a new Legend, possible release date, and more.
When is Apex Legends Season 14 Starting?
If the trends are to be based, Apex Legends will receive a new season every three months and next month is its due. It should arrive at 1 PM ET on August 8, 2022. Season 13 Saviors was released on May 10, 2022, so if the approximation is correct, it would be exactly three months. The new season launch happens simultaneously all over the world, so convert 1 PM ET accordingly.
Respawn Entertainment has not confirmed this yet, but the approximation has been correct ever since the three-month duration was discovered. Official announcement should be released in the coming weeks.
Who is the New Legend Joining in Season 14?
The new Legend that everyone is predicting that will join the roster is Vantage with Season 14. EA nor Respawn Entertainment have not confirmed or denied that this character will be added. Based on the many leaks though, Vantage has a big chance she is getting added. She was part of the big Reddit leak way back in March 2022.
According the leaks, Vantage is a Recon Legend specializing on sniping. She is a long-range combat character and can buff her teammates when needed. Here are the ability descriptions that were from the leaks:
- Sniper Kit [Passive]: Tactical info available in ADS unarmed or any long-range scopes.
- Echo Launch [Tactical]: Launch towards your winged companion, Echo. Order Echo by tapping Q. Launch to Echo by holding Q.
- Mark to Kîll [Ultimate]: A custom rifle that scans enemies and boosts damage for Vantage and her squad. Damage doubles for Vantage on successive shots. The team gets a 15 percent bonus on marked targets.
Other Season 14 Additions
According to leaks, Apex Legends Season 14 will introduce changes to the Controller Aim Assist. There were also rumors that the new map could be set on the moon and there was talk about the addition of the Laser Sight attachment.
