The new Unshackled event is bringing back one of the most popular limited-time modes of the game, which is Flashpoint. For those uninitiated, Flashpoint will not have any healing items, which will be removed from the loot pool. They are replaced with Flashpoint Zones which will heal the Legends inside them.

Aside from Flashpoint, players will be able to unlock event-themed cosmetics with the new event via two unique weekly challenge tracks. By April 19 to April 26, 2022, players can earn the Unique Badge, Epic Charm, Epic Re-45 skin, and Epic Seer Skin. By April 26 to May 3, 2022, players can earn the Unique Badge, Rare Apex Pack, Epic Boxing Nessie Holospray, and Unshackled Pack.

There will be 40 event-themed cosmetics that can be unlocked in this event including Legendary skins “Machine Language” Crypto, “Bad Bot” Pathfinder, “Quantum Collision” Wraith, “Slingshot” Valkyrie, “Prison Pacifier” CAR, “Terminated” Hemlok, “Digging the Grave” Peacekeeper and “Pyromania” Rampage. Players can also buy the Unshackled Packs in order to unlock the cosmetics, weapon charms, trackers, and more.

Apex Legends is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
