From Software and Bandai Namco Entertainment have recently released the new Armored Core VI Video showcasing new gameplay details.

Armored Core VI Gameplay Video Shows Tons of New Details

The latest gameplay video of Armored Core VI is 13 minutes long and it showcases the actual gameplay with various interesting new details. It showed some of the game’s main mechanics including the Assault Boost ability and more. It also showed helpful tools like the vertical catapults that can launch Armored Cores into the air to fight in the skies in various missions.

    Stagger and Attitude Control System

Players can stagger enemies which will give them the advantage of damaging the “Attitude Control System”. More challenging and tougher enemies can be taken temporarily out of action which gives players the chance to bulldoze them to death with various attacks.

    Assembly

In Assembly, players are able to exchange various parts of the Armored Core like weapons, arms, feet, head, body, and more to suit their needs. They can adjust later on or replace them with better parts for more powerful abilities and offensive stats.

    Initial Plot

“In a future where interstellar travel is commonplace, our story begins in a distant star system, on the fictional planet Rubicon 3,” the narrator says in the video explaining the game’s initial plot.

“Our protagonist, an independent mercenary, is smuggled into Rubicon in search of a mysterious new substance known as Coral. Huge, multi-layered stages will let players make the most of their Armored Core’s exceptional movement and attack capabilities.”

Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon launches on August 25, 2023 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
