Ubisoft recently released the new Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora trailer featuring the hero’s journey.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Young Na’Vi’s Journey

The newest trailer for the upcoming video game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora features how the young Na’vi begins their journey in the game after they “escaped” the RDA. During the Battle of the Hallelujah Mountains that was featured in the first Avatar movie, this particular Na’Vi was put into emergency cryosleep as the RDA evacuated Pandora. After 15 years, they wake up, explore the planet, and meet up with the locals.

Note that the player’s Na’Vi is part of the Sarentu clan, one of the respected groups on Pandora, thought to have disappeared years ago. After 15 years, they return and now meet with the clans left behind like the Aranahe, a clan of weavers, the Zeswa, a clan of nomads, and the Kame’tire, a clan of enigmatic and reclusive healers.

These clans will teach players how to make a bond with their own companion banshee or ikran. After that, they can explore and defend Pandora together. Ride the ikran to explore the skies.

After 15 years, the RDA return once again threatening to destroy Pandora’s ecosystems and its clans. The players and the rest of the clans are determined to stop them with weapons to use and the skills they have learned when they were training under their masters.

    Special Editions

PlayStation players will get the Aranahe Warrior pack for free granting character and weapon cosmetic sets. There are three special editions to choose from. These are:

The Collector’s Edition includes the ultimate edition of the game and physical items including a statue (35cm), an artbook, a premium SteelBook, a field notebook, a set of three lithographs, and an AMP suit blueprint.

The Gold Edition includes the game and Season Pass including two DLCs, an extra quest, a unique banshee, and more.

The Ultimate Edition includes the game, Season Pass (including two DLCs, an extra quest, a unique banshee, and more), Ultimate Pack, and digital art book.

Pre-order the game to get the Child of Two Worlds bonus which includes a character cosmetic set and a weapon skin.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora launches on December 7, 2023 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
