Sony Interactive Entertainment has recently announced the BackBone One – PlayStation Edition and its official launch today.
The BackBone One – PlayStation Edition is an officially licensed controller for playing games on mobiles and now it is available for Android smartphones. Just like the iPhone version that got launched last year, this is directly inspired to look and feel like the PS5’s DualSense wireless controller. It has a price tag of $99.99.
The BackBone One – PlayStation Edition is powered by the user’s phone and will not need a separate charging accessory. It can connect directly to the PS5’s Pulse 3D headset via the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
This accessory can be used to stream PS4 and PS5 games via Remote Play. It can also be used on other game streaming services that support controllers. It can also work with Google Play and App Store titles like Call of Duty: Mobile, Fortnite, and Diablo Immortal.
