Developer Larian Studios has recently hosted a livestream for Baldur’s Gate 3 revealing one steamy and unusual romance option.
Baldur’s Gate 3 Has a “Furry” Encounter
According to a report, one of the characters included in Baldur’s Gate 3 has a lot of fans during its early access period due to its unique characteristic. This is Druid Halsin who is an NPC and a potential companion who can be rescued from a prison. If a player chooses the right answers, he can become a romance option.
As a Druid, Halsin has the ability to “wildshape” into a bear and this can happen during a romance cutscene. Let your imaginations fly with that one and you will be entertained, especially for those who are furry lovers. The “furry encounter” was recently shown during a Panel From Hell livestream and was posted on TikTok. It proved too hot for the platform, so it was pulled offline an hour before it ended. Larian Director of Publishing Michael Douse tweeted, “TikTok canceled our stream because it was too artistic and they don’t understand.”
Bear Sex Scene Hilarious
IGN recently interviewed Larian CEO Swen Vincke which called the bear sex scene “hilarious.” “Every single person who’s seen it is like, ‘oh my god.’ But it’s funny.”
“Have you ever considered the joys and pleasures of sexual congress with a wildshaped Druid?” said lead writer Adam Smith. “Because at Larian, we have, and ultimately landed on the side of giving the people what they want: tender, consensual romance with a man temporarily transformed into a grizzly bear.”
Baldur’s Gate 3 launches on August 3, 2023 for PC while the PS5 version has been delayed to September 6, 2023. The Xbox Series X/S version do not have a release window.
