The Block of Ice can be found in the Frost Islands. The Frost Islands are located to the east of the game’s map and are characterized by their frozen tundras and snowy landscapes.

If killed though, 12% chance of yielding a Dense Block of Ice in the ‘quest complete’ screen will only show.
