2K and Gearbox Software have announced Borderlands Collection: Pandora’s Box and a third game coming to Switch.
According to the announcement, Borderlands Collection: Pandora’s Box will be coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, PS4, and PS5 on September 1, 2023. There is also a Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition for Nintendo Switch that will be available on the eShop this coming October 6, 2023.
The Borderlands Collection Pandora’s Box will include all six Borderlands games: Borderlands, Borderlands 2, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Tales from the Borderlands, Borderlands 3, and New Tales from the Borderlands. It will include all of their DLC packs in one bundle for the first time.
Get the Digital-Only Collection for $149.99, but 2K says it will be available for a discounted price of $59.99 for a limited time.
Players who already own a digital copy of any of the titles included in the collection on Xbox can complete the set for only $30 via the Microsoft Store. For PlayStation players, those who got the digital or physical copy of Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition or Borderlands: The Handsome Collection for PS4, or a digital or physical copy of Borderlands 3 for PS4 or PS5, can also complete the collection for only $30 upgrade available in-game.
PC players who got a digital copy of any game in the collection can pay for the content they do not already own with an updated price on the Steam page of the collection.
Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition costs $59.99 on Nintendo Switch and can be pre-ordered now. It has the base game, the game’s DLC and bonus cosmetic packs.
