Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Jumps To Other Platforms

Crash Bandicoot‘s remake, the N. Sane Trilogy, was apparently a PlayStation 4 exclusive when it launched last year. However, it wasn’t entirely an exclusive remake after all. Much like Rise of the Tomb Raider, which was an Xbox One timed exclusive, N. Sane Trilogy was also the same – but it wasn’t publicly disclosed.

The PlayStation mascot is going to invade other platforms such as PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Since the intellectual property is bought and owned by Activision, they are free to release the game on whatever system. When Nintendo Direct happened earlier, it was announced that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is coming to Nintendo Switch. After the announcement, Activision also revealed that it’s not just going to Nintendo Switch but to Xbox One and PC as well. We are curious how the Xbox One X can manage to provide daring visuals compared to PS4 Pro.

This marks the debut of everyone’s favorite marsupial on the PC, and it has been a decade since he has appeared on a Nintendo or Xbox console! So welcome back, Crash. You’re about to get a lot more UMPH in your WUMP!

Players on these additional platforms can experience the features that made the collection a success on the PS4, including:

    • Remastered versions of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.
    • Dazzling “N. Hanced Fur-K” graphics
    • New lighting, animations, textures, models, and cinematics
    • New recorded dialogue from original voice actors
    • The ability to play as Coco, Crash’s smart and sassy little sister
    • Full analog stick support
    • A unified save and checkpoint system
    • And more![/alert]

You can read our full review of the PS4 version right here.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is coming to Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch on July 10.
